    Did we not secure $28 million from Appian ? By my assessment we are funded as of today to build the mine , providing JORC is acceptable to Blackrock to allow drawdown if the $12 million . So JORC and FML should see a significant re rate and the $28 million from the bank will just be icing in the cake.
