It is a very good solid pre requiste for the later deals to be established, it has been clearly articulated by AVB that DD would be required for this deal to become binding, today they announced it is now binding, still subject to the same original conditions, only now if original conditions are met the deal is locked, whereas before it could be pulled, hence non binding. I am a bit with homebrand here in that I feel the vibe pulling for a couple more announcements soonish.
