A company is free to post any revenue projection that it wants to. Company XYZ can project $10mill EBIT 2010...$20mill EBIT 2011...and so forth without any REAL pipeline revenue. Mining/Oil specs are the best examples of this!

But projected pipeline revenue doesn't really mean anything unless you have the OIL, or are are very close to the OIL.....welll ICP now have $30mill of ACTUAL oil making its way onto the drip-tray, with more oil to flow.....my apologies for the overuse of a poorly constructed metaphor :)
