Yes this would be important, for better or worse, but unfortunately, you're a year late in your observation. Not sure where you saw Nov 22, or if you made the typo (ie creating false news)
From Nov 21 they increased monthly fees by 30% from $6 to $7.95 ie from $72pa to $96pa. This for customers trapped in their loan !!; which is why regulators need to give these too clever ones a wake up call. Despite Gordon Gecko suggesting greed is good, this is evil.
This should have been a wake up call for those who thought the bnpl product was so clever. It's not.
Bnpl is no more than a credit facility in a pretty color that will appeal to the influenced generation, and for the most part is more expensive, for the operators (who dont have scale), suppliers and customers.
