Nowhere else would a supplier get away with increasing fees by 30%. That new customers still sign up to this stuff is beyond me. Beware of people who build debt traps. They love themselves, and money in their pockets, more than they love you.
As shareholders, it's really surprising that they've managed to keep the negative sentiment among customers, from boiling over. This sentiment will be increasingly loud as economies tank and people become more stuck with their debt. This will make growing/retaining customers ever more difficult and expensive.
