This is why PG is keen to focus the discussion on EBTDA rather than EBITDA (when interest is probably the key ingredient that could break the camels back) (D and A are easy - the software and IP are worth zilch, or maybe zip, so a big right-off, especially re all the dinky die little outfits zip spent way too much of opm acquiring - simply in order to look suitably global - More smoke & mirrors.
