Haha, yeah. It's hard though sometimes if the product is good and you just need to fix the business that can be easier than having a bad product.
Sounds like the business model was never going to work. I absolutely hate companies which seek to grow before sorting their own model out. If you can't get one house in order how are you going to get two in order? Also all of these companies are slapping lipstick on pigs, high risk your buying a pig.
I have seen a few people here say oh they sorting the debt out to make it more appealing to a potential buyer and I read was "lipstick".
