yes Goodfellathis is a worry for Zip
often merchants will have one then two bnpls.
They were zip and Afterpay.
But applepay is a big brand. As is PayPal ( however paypal is less known to millennials and gen zs in Oz anyway.
But in America I would guess applepay and PayPal are huge. This doesn't bode well for US mkts imho.
Little effect on Ozzie mkts for now
