Thanks for taking the time to reach out to Zip about our finance charges. I know how important it is for you to know what are the added charges per installment on your payments. We’re happy to help explain this further. Some merchants charge a “Merchant Fee for Payment Plan” (MFPP) fee. This is typically a $1 per installment ($4 per order) fee that the merchant adds to the total order and we collect from the customer. This fee is decided by the merchant and is not across-the-board. Living in the Bahamas, I'm unable to use Zip, however my sister in New York has used it 6 times and hasn't been charged once.
I rarely read your posts as you clog up the threads with you small D energy, but you did make it seem like it was a $4 charge per installment payment... either way, you're just wrong.
