They cant make wholesale redundancies as the nature of the business is making and processing micro loans.
Each loan requires the same man-hours as a multi thousand dollar loan, but Zip are processing millions of these loans so admin staff requirements are high.
The whole business model does not work even though they are charging up to 100 percent APR on some loans
