Rising rates even with tax breaks makes rental yields marginal and not the attractive proposition previously.
AI engineered job losses will make funding employment harder for the army of migrants who in reality will only need 100,000 extra houses per annum
Simple economics that wage rises cannot possibly keep pace with additional mortgage costs dictates that housing has to moderate and we have already extended the 14 year cycle due to Covid Stimulus .
