follow-on from my previous post....
Interest rates at the time got up to 9% ish on my loans so nobody say I was on low rates. That came later and took a while.
That's why buying Zip in the 40s now is a bargain when in 2-3 years rates will drop DRAMATICALLY once inflation is sorted. These rate increases aren't forever.
If you can buy now with cold hard cash (and not CFDs lol) then just hold and wait 2-3 years. It sucks to wait unlike our US brothers and their rallies but I'm just holding. Used the recent dip to get my average down to low 80s. Now it's time to play the waiting game
