Just something I saw during auction. Is it happening everywhere? who knows. But creative things definitely happening. Because borrowing power has been shot on the knee and its limping, at least for most average people.
I am guessing only cashed up people is going to come out of this scenario owning a lot of property. Considering who are buying property now in this high rate scenario, imagine how much their net worth gonna increase when rate comes down and house price shoots to moon. :)
