That does not tell the whole story as they are down on an annual basis
People have been subsidising mortgage costs from savings and now they have no savings left so next leg down will be about 25 percent..
First leg down was circa 15 percent five percent rebound and 3rd wave will be deeper and quicker as forced sellers come to market.
Average mortgage has risen $20000 and food and energy costs another $10 K
Aversge household income is $100k and I don't see anyone getting 30 percent raises.
Doible whammy for Zip reduced discretionary spending and increased defaults
