Theres no commentary, and it makes no sense at all.

global recession tick
regulatory crackdown tick
global players simply adding the service, only with less friction for all participants tick
local big finance houses copying it, again with less friction tick.
customers with no money for discretionary spend tick
The only upside if theyve got rid of a bit of the rubbish - Pocketbook really $7.5m Good for Alvin and Bosco, although maybe they got paid in zip wallpaper. Sezzle - another few mill of investor money blown up. Oh well.
