A double bottom can come in any time frame, 5min, 1hour, daily, weekly etc. Its just another change of trend reversal pattern. As is a double top.
The one I've shown above with zip is on the daily, and can easily be seen on the hourly also.
AGL, daily chart below is a perfect example finding support @ 5.10 and away she went.
