TheJudge, you may have read about a conversation I had with an internationally respected Telco man. The Asian bsuiness culture is extremely hard one to gain their respect, and do business with them. You need to know the political figures, the guys who make the decisions, the suppliers and so on ..... Apparently it takes years of MISTAKE FREE engagement and an attitude that is unconfrontational, which is not the Aussie way. By unconfrontational, the example I was givewn was during a meeting one of the Aussie guys said in a nice tone "I think you're wrong there ....."
