I Googled the Oracle of Oil and was surprised to see a few names with that title (yours was not amongst them).
One Oracle (T. Boone Pickens) is predicting the return of $100 oil. Not sure of his accuracy either as he is predicting as early as end of this year to mid 2016. Time will tell.
