how could a reader be anything but "cursory & perfunctory" when 'presuming' and 'potentially' form the basis of what you are saying......that was my point - the throwaway and loose type of language used when talking about the complexity of developing a resource ..
geez ....spare me .....i dont mind ramping or speculative talk either way ...but when i have to explain to someone that the language they are using implies such ...lol...that is laughable ....and then they take defence in some type of intellectual arrogance....
