tcboss.... the problem is, I believe..quite complex...but in a nutshell.... it is the ability to differentiate between emotion and knowledge... if one has the knowledge...they can then , in most csaes eliminate emotion
if they lack intelligence.... then it reverts to emotion....
the facts so far...are discounts of less then 2% across the board....in house prices.....after rises in prior years of in excess of 25%
a net gain of 23%
versus emotional wishes of 50% plus reduction in prices..
or an exercise in RECOGNISING THE WHEAT FROM THE CHAFF... ??????? CAN YOU TELL THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN WHEAT AND CHAFF ?????
