Seeing the property falter after so many years of what I believe to be ridiculous gains, is quite compelling, and I want to discuss it, read about the falls, the weakness, the data, the outlook. This is why we are all here IMO. We are upset that the house has become a risky investment instrument and we are here to monitor and witness and discuss the transition back to a place to call home.
