Guys,
This "shortfall take-up" has been discussed to death - lets give it a break !!
* Hindsight is a wonderful thing ..... company thinking could have been - what share holders in their right mind (apart from daytraders ... my case rests there) would not take up their full allocation = overscription & the likes of you guys complaining cause you were massively cut back, also causing extra costs to company in admin.
* There are obviously ASX rules as to such placements (also previously discussed) which have been adheared to.
* Company needed to complete the shortfall (to raise necessary funds) in the quickest, most efficient, cheapest & legal method possible, for the benefit of both the company & the shareholders ..... & they did !!
End of story.
