    You should be very proud Claudes.

    To make it as a singer, I think you need:
    1. To be able to sing in tune
    2. Have a voice that the ear likes to hear
    3. Being able to deliver some feeling based on your own experiences (or at least be a bloody good faker)
    4. Access to good original songs (or at least unique covers)
    5. Access to / and the internal strength (or assistance) to negotiate and persist with "the market"

    Many singers can do the 1st and there it stops.
    Taylah is rare in that she has the 2nd, so she has great promise.
    She obviously needs to live her life to attain the 3rd.
    I worry about industry networks that can suck in any promising and interesting talent then package and homogenise the lifeblood out of it, not to mention the enormous stresses it can apply. I'd personally favour letting her slowly nurture and develop her own style and feel by engaging and playing with others in clubs, parties, events, etc. Then again I naturally have a more indie outlook. What's right for her is the question.

    Good luck with her career.
