Best way is to take your loss and think of it as a tax deduction you are going to need when you start to take profits! Read posts on hotcopper for ideas on shares that are moving, then DO YOUR OWN RESEARCH! I am no good at daytrading where the mobs move. Prefer the stocks where I have an informed view rather than a deformed hope for the future and base my decision to buy on that! If you ask everyone on this site who is honest they'll tell you they have taken a pounding in the past too!
