Why do the hire and exploration manager, a new ventures manager, that should just buyback a system 10 in Lotto every week I do agree that there is a bit of luck but I also think you make your own luck. Even if you used your argument then bonuses should be reserved when they get lucky. At present they have been very unlucky in finding oil but very lucky with the way they pay themselves. The other thing worth noting is unlucky oil companies progressively increase the shares on issue so if they one day do find oil it doesn't mean that much from a shareholder point of view. Dunnycan MS and GH take about 4 percent of gross yearly sales or over 100 percent of this years profit as rem , as shareholders have the same presentation rehashed for the last 2 years. Admittedly as prospect drop off the slides will start reducing.
