Ronstieb, I agree COE has been very tradeable. They do still have an ridiculous amount of cash and IF Hammamet West could be free carried then it provides a very good buying opportunity.
My big negative for management is not that they havemt found oil, becuase Dunnycan has a point but that they havent utlised their cash effectively to date
I will never forget the relatively tense email exchange I had with MS suggesting a buy back when it traded in the 20-25 range. The could have taken some of the shares issued at 65 a few years back off the table.
