    This is an absolute disaster!
As a shareholder who invested in this listed company that reports under ASIC and ASX requirements, i need a detailed chronology of cost estimates & use of funds that the BOD believed where adequate to commence mining, as we were told on numerous occasions during 2022 that they were fully financed. WE INVESTED AND HELD ON THIS ADVICE. What advice and technical assessments where the BOD basing these assumptions on ? We need to see these third party reports. I hope they exist!

I have added up the BOD salaries, not including benefits, super, long service etc. it is over $700k per annum. Do they have vehicles, corporate cards and travel on top of this ? I have never heard a word from the COO Trevor Coombe, " Processing Specialist" or Rod Watt "Geology Specialist" what do they do for their income ? I cant believe what the MD Byron is paying him self ? He has no experience at all. Very interested to find out who put him up to run the company, and what connections he has with any share holders ? If this collapses i will seek advice if shareholders can claw back from the BOD these salaries from the last 12 months ? I hope there are no related third parties involved.

If this falls in the hands of administrators tomorrow or very shorty, i will be seeking external legal advice to see if all shareholders have a claim on the BOD for losing our investment based on the information they released or worse, possibly with held. Did they have the authority to mortgage the entire company and all shareholders assets without Shareholder approval ?

Over $25 million was raised and spent the last year with this current BOD, and now the Company is left with an unserviceable debt with the real possibility that shareholders will lose all equity.

We need to all write to the ASX and ASIC and ask for a compliance review and audit of TBA and the BOD Corporate Governance, as if you follow the money sometimes you are shocked where it ends up.

Litigation is a costly and lengthy exercise for both parties, fortunately i have the capacity, time and experience to pursue this, yet if any other shareholders are interested in joining me please say so. If it helps i can arrange litigation funding once a review is completed. This will include an audit to see if the individual BOD has the capacity to pay if damages are ultimately awarded. There is no use sending some one into bankruptcy just for spite. You only litigate if they can pay. Not may people know that there is a five year claw back on assets, so a lot more can be recovered than the defendants realized, including property and the family home, vehicles, boats, shares, jewelry cars, racehorses, caravans, businesses, the whole lot, maybe even future earnings ?

Hate to sound so negative, i hope i am proven wrong tomorrow and TBA repay debts and commence trading again. If not we are all entitled to understand what happened. We will also be entitled to know if we are eligible to seek compensation from the BOD.
