Moratorium on fraccing and NEW CBM exploration, PENDING national framework...not a ban.
Either way, the main game in Victoria is to dry brown coal and to further develop existing conventional gas resources.
Talking of BANS being extended to other states because of what is happening in Victoria is not warranted. Either way, Victoria must be pretty low on BPT's agenda.
