    Why should I be embaressed?
    because I was misled by the Company?
    I know this is the stock market you take your chances, and I'm not complaining about the losses that I incurred by my bad decisions.
    But this last CR was defenitely illegal the way it was done.
    with my insignificant holding of 100,000 shares it's not for me to start legal action and contact S & G.
    If large share holders are happy so be it.
