They got duped in the Dubai contract, as the buyer went behind their backs and used the factories that Lumacom were going to use for the manufacturing, thereby ensuring that LUM didn't get a cut in the contract, other than a nominal fee for the design.

As for this quarterly, I reckon it will be quite good due to milestone payments coming in from contracts completed at the end of the last calender year. My concern is for the next quarter as it appears they haven't picked up any decent contracts in the past 4 months and unfortunately, the nature of the Vertigo business is that they regularly have to pick up new contracts, unlike the old LUM model of business (which didn't work).
