I didn't know basic reporting involved missing guidance on updates, when they had the information and which was material, and didn't release it until after they sold.
I also was unaware BRN is now reporting on top of the webinars. Just a coincidence it's happend after an uproar from shareholders.
I have no idea where you could get the idea that whether the company succeeds or not is due to 'keyboard warriors'. The company will succeed on its own merit. The 'keyboard warriors' have simply made sure those employed to run it are doing it for shareholders benefit, not their own.
