The difference he is making is that Intel, Spinnaker and IBM have a chip or an assembly that cant be touched. We have drawings and the makings of a chip.
I suppose its the same as saying "I found a hole with gold in it" but its completely intangible until you actually dig it up and hold it in your hand.
I think the market is in this stage....high hopes for that hole but waiting to see what they can hold in their hands before taking a leap.
