Wasn't taking a swing at you dude. I just asked you why you have the stance that you do? I always explain mine.
So, why do you support the current management team?
I've pointed out a heap of reasons why we shouldn't, and the only responses I've seen are that "its because the technology is so good" and because he is "experienced" so therefore must be good at his job and "maybe its not his fault, things take time". These aren't exactly runs on the board.
