Resolution 4 – Issue of Shares to Louis DiNardo (N.B. Part B), was approved at the AGM. I voted against it, as likely many others here did, but the major shareholders believed it to be a good idea, for some reason, and here we are. I'm curious as to whether or not this transaction could not have been done as an off market transfer to an interested party, and not simply dumped on the market like it was? Or perhaps there are no interested parties? Or perhaps it doesn't work like that?

Also voted against Resolution 1 – Adoption of Remuneration Report, which while approved, had just enough shareholders I believe (25.58% and need 25%?) vote against it to ensure the company received its first strike.
