GPI will be holding an EGM on the 12th of March for shareholders to vote on the merger with Angel. But, with all the regulatory approvals for this to occur it probably wont happen for another few months. Only timeline given in the SEC filing for regulatory approval was by the end of 2019... could be a long wait....
