There are really too many variables in play to calculate this with any kind of certainty.

Ruling out the variables and assuming that the share price remains at 6.5c you are looking at 76, 923, 076 shares to raise 5 mil with no discount to market price.

Assuming a discount will be offered to attract investors (Let's say 10% of monthly average), with monthly average at 6.5 (again assuming SP doesn't change over coming months). We would need to sell 854,700,854 shares at a price of 5.85c to raise 5 million.

BTW If there is still no solid income, I would assume they will attempt to raise more than 5 mil..
