As if there hasn't been enough bad news (or lack thereof) lately. One of the directors of Fosters Stockbroking which managed & underwrote previous cap raisings and had published research on BRN has been banned for 3 years by ASIC for misleading & deceptive conduct.

Also note that Brainchip have pulled previous research reports from their site and Fosters have removed previous link now that they have ceased coverage on BRN since Dec 2017 (citing reallocation of resources as reason).
Fair chance a lot of recent sell down came from disgruntled Fosters clients who took part in previous cap raisings.
