I wanted to believe. But BRN has single handedly caused me to not trust any CEO on the ASX ever again. They can say and promise whatever they like and consistently under-deliver but still get paid exorbitant wages (and bonuses).
I won't be investing any more in the ASX - will focus my money elsewhere (mortgage is 3-4% risk free and tax free return rather than chasing bigger profits and paying tax on it). Shares down. Property down. Unemployment figures can't be trusted. Real wage growth is flat. Much ado about nothing.
