Hi Gold Bars, um no disrespect but are u serious "market conds as I recall at that time were fantastic"......seriously where have you been? When did CBA finish dumping? 2 months ago no? pretty sure the markets kinda been in free fall since feb. Yes I'd agree the story is longer, CBA was a holder, defaulted them on the loans when no shareholder thought a major holder would. They'd magically off loaded their shares before the default, got more shares in exchange for debt, then dumped those shares on market. So yeah CBA caused alot of pain to the then shareholders.
BMO though is a totally different company now since relisting and has no debt. Has a great management and the new merger is its best story ever.
BMO 2 year ago was like 28c huge debts , gold was $400 an ounce. Now its no debt, golds double that, and now the merger with a 15 million ounce near production miner......and under 1 cent a share....aint going to stay a 1c imo.
