CVC would have purchased the management rights and perhaps management office/front desk. and in most cases the holiday units are owned by individual owners, as you probably know.

I did see that Other" general property" was listed on OCV site but only Circle on Cavill and the Observation Deck were named.

Yesterdays Gold Coast Bulletin has an article about two other properties put on the market.
Unfortunately my mother has cleaned up ..and the paper has goneeee and I cant check details.
I think the properties were Salt at Kingscliff and Erscine at Lorne...You will have to check the correct details.

These were properties not named before and are TOP quality.
If C on C or observation deck dont sell there seems to be others to sell.
Its a shame to sell them but if it reduces debt in a time of increasing inflation and perhaps decreasing values..not too bad.
