To hammer the shorters you need three key elements:
1) Business plan that is credible and shows medium term value.
2) Large player to buy out margin lenders interest in big shareholders loans
3) Deal with creditors

Personally I think it would be fantastic to see although not sure OCV is the vehicle that it can be achieved in.

Short selling where its reported I guess is fine but where you have borrowed the stock this is just corrupt.

The most corrupt is the holders of the stock who have lent it out and who generally hold it in trust such as super fund managers.

A total conflict of interest as the stock is held to generate value for its beneficial owner and effectively the trustee is aiding the destruction of value for a few pieces of silver.

If it could be pulled off it would be the greatest reverse sting ever.

For OCV to be the one to do it the longer it remains suspended the better as it gives more time to deal with above.
