i have thought from the beginning that it would take quite some time for Sean to "get up to speed" on all he needs to
be across as CEO. Therefore his appointment was not a fair or good choice for investors in the company.
He does not have to answer questions in an initial chat, only give us all a chance to get to know him on a personal
level.
