I want to hear from the new Boy Sean, page-44

I'll make one final comment/opinion regarding the new CEO.

Initially, I thought Peter would continue in the role as CEO until years end, and start the new year with a brand new shiny CEO, but the Board found their man and the rest as they say is history.

If you were handed the reins of ANY company, whether or not it was in the same or similar industry you would still have to swot up, meet the staff, learn as much as possible, when it comes to all the really detailed stuff, that's when Peter or Anil or Kris step in to help with the really technical things that only highly qualified engineers and neuroscientists can answer to very highly valued potential clients, then Sean puts his sales cap on and closes out the deal, that's my take anyway.

The CEO is many caps to wear and the only way to get up to speed, is not to be arrogant and to listen and keep listening, treat all staff with respect and pump the team up by getting runs on the board.

The company is fully aware that a number of posters which to hear from Sean, early in the New Year would be an extremely good punt.
