Given what you, I and we know Marakai I really am flummoxed why you'd make this post and why now - you've seen everything everyone else has, have forthright and well informed opinions and therefore I can only say for myself that my 4x FOR votes are already in. It's not a good look to be wavering right now - the last thing we need is instability - and whilst that may not be your intention, for those who've held for far shorter than we have this may be misconstrued. There's no great explanation to be made here - BoD actions - and hefty remunerations without justification & progress along with a dodgy treacle-like communications have said it all. We cannot afford not to be first in the door with developing the Li prospects - end of story. The gold at Massigui needs sorting out soon - I gather that most have assumed that we are playing a waiting game with RG and Ashanti & Malian govt there - but after all we've witnessed, now I'm not so sure. Prioritising the Li now makes sense for lots of reasons - and hammering a deal at Morila is almost equally as pressing in my view - let's give KJ the team he - and we - need to make this a success. Otherwise we might as well all just start burning $100 bills mate - I think we've done enough of that already.
