Interesting today to see RUM announce the commencement of drilling at West Woolner Dome of 2 holes 200m deep each. YRR held part of the West Woolner Complex adjoining RUM's boundary and the East Woolner Complex (both contained within the Money Shoal tenement EL 24883) until recently relinquishing the lease without ever doing any drilling since acquiring it and the Douglas Range tenement (EL 25339) from Australian Uranium in 2007 for 39.2m shares and options, worth at the time $29m.

Woolner Dome looked like it may have had a chance to host gold as the interpreted trace of the Giants Reef fault line ran through it. There was also 5 uranium anomolies on the Money Shoal lease identified by scintillometer readings in 2007, including Jimmy's Creek where YRR management of the time had announced a 169 Rab hole drilling program to take place, which never happened.

Still no drilling on any of the uranium leases picked up in 2007 for $60m of scrip, in fact the only thing of note has been the relinquishment of some of the leases.

Best thing YRR could do is farm the land out to others to explore and retain a small free carried position in each just in case there is something worthwhile somewhere imo. Must be better than just handing it back considering what it cost the shareholders of the day.
