In other words they will get it legally and current shareholds dont have any say. The thing that you have some say in as as shareholder are the other things and shareholders will have no say in these either as they have stacked the board and proxy votes go to the company not to the voters who vote no.the numbers are probably going to look like 300million yes, 7 million, no, 7 million abstain.good luck
