    Erg would come with current and unknown future liabilities. Their big projects division deal with govt dept that delay and don't pay ie NSW T-Card. Moreover, Duncan Saville will take it private in near term.

    KYC couldn't raise the funds, don't deal in same technology and now have the right strategic direction for the first time in years.

    Bad idea and bad research geoffo.
