Gregy this is happening all too often. It is very well orchestrated and there is nothing that ASIC is able to do about it.
Usually happens around an announcement that is vaguely positive which is then turned into a frenzy by the ones interested. The crocs are waiting in teh water while the newbies go for a swim. You can post all the "DOn't swim, crocs in the water" signs" but they still go in. And as we saw today, they eventually have their feast and it aint pretty.
