i'd assume capital would be sufficent to carry out initial drilling on the Nickel target as it has already commenced and 1.5M would certainly give a first phase carry through allowing them to then decide if they wish to continue the Nickel suphide direction and expand the drilling program or turn back and remain firmly focused on the copper...
the Recovery Process Flow Sheet Design & mettalurgical test work report awaited on for the Antares South Copper deposit will also be released with Capex for the inital start up so it can be assumed that capital raising and JV partners will be released along with this....
as Red Beard stated - alot ways on how managment choose to play this and it also my preferance that Avanco keep majority stake in any JV......
all should be known soon - but if you look into managements background they're pretty clued up with firm footing in Brazil
