After some more reading, I'll try to sum it up.
No news so SP went down, to new low of 21.5, then someone on HC found some leaked pdf documents from a reliable source. I believe they were found on the 25th? (Not sure before or after trading) then today 26th of June, sp opened .265, and finished at .270, 14.890% increase from the previous close. Volume nearly reached 40 million, and an announcement I don't quite understand.
